My best friend

Everybody always have best friends. Best friends are not only at school, they can be at everywhere. Do you know what '' BEST FRIEND '' is? And why everyone need best friend? Today, I want to tell you about it...

Best friends are friends who can help you, trust you, explain you, forgiving you or teach you in every single minutes no matter how hard that the work is. I have lots of friends but there's only one of them that I think, she is my best friend. Her name is Kanika. She studied with me since I was in grade 1.

Last week, I had a test at Khmer school. It was very difficult. One of the exercise was Partners Test. Kanika was sitting next to me, so I discussed with her about this exercise. It was nearly Time's up and I just done 2 exercises. The another one was very hard. I decided to ask Kanika, but bad luck, she didn't know, too. Then I did what was I think.

The results day were coming...
I got 30 out of 50 and Kanika got 40. I got angry at her. I thought, she did the hardest exercise correctly, but she didn't tell me. When I arrived home, I didn't talk to everybody even my parents. But when I took a test paper and looked at it, the mistake why I got 30 just because of exercise 1, not number 2. Then I knew that, I was confusing with Kanika.

When I arrived at school, I was apologized to her. But she said '' It's okay! Everyone always have a confusion. I never get angry with you. '' When I heard like that, I hugged her and I said '' Thanks for forgive me, Kanika! You are always be my best friend. ''

As I told you, Real best friends are always forgiving you no matter what. Then I realized, we really need our best friends, so be nice and love them before you will be regret at losing them.

Hello, this is Pichny. Today it is our last blog. I think, 3 months were very short. It seemed like, we just started a new term with our teacher. Lots of activities that I did with my friends and also my teacher are in my memories.

Teacher, you taught me lots of things such as Grammar, Listening, Writing and Reading... not only me, also all my classmates. You were really kind and friendly. You always taught us somethings new and explained us so clearly. I was very happy to be your student. My English getting better now, my writing was increased by Blog. About Grammar, Listening and Reading, you always gave us lots of exercises to do. I never get bored with them, sometimes they were very hard..:D I'm just telling you the truth, teacher but I know, you make it harder because you want us to know more.

I want to say Thank-you to you and also Goodbye. I wish, I can study with you again. But teacher please don't forget me and also all your students. The last thing, I want to ask you is, May I call you '' Enormous Brain Teacher '' ?? Hahaha...!! Just Kidding, Teacher.

My dream places

All the people around the world always have their own dream places and they have their own reasons why they would like to go there. Today I'd like to tell you about my dream places.

In the future, if I have my own money, I will go to Australia with my family. Australia is one of popular country around the world. I'm going to see Opera House which in Sydney. I've seen it by one movie called Finding Nemo. It is a movie that show about Sydney. I think some of you will know about this movie, too.

About Italy, Pisa is a city in Italy. Aww! See the word Pisa, it reminded me about Pizza. Yummy!! You know, last term, we had a project and my group's name is Leaning Tower of Pisa. I'd like to go to Italy. I want to know why it's leaning? It's wonderful,isn't it? If I know the answer, I will tell you.

And the last one is United State of America. I want to go to Universal Studio and also I want to visit my uncle. Universal Studio is very cool. It has roller coaster, Holiwood 4D and more than this... . I will see it one day.

This is all my plans in my future. How about you?

My wonderful Holiday!

After work or study very hard every people always relax on their holiday.

On Sunday, last month, I had a wonderful holiday. I went to Singapore with my family. We were traveling from Phnom Penh to Singapore for an hour and a half. I was inside an airplane, I looked outside through the window, I saw an ocean but I didn't know what is the name of it. I thought it was East Ocean. The food which in the airplane was very good. While I was having breakfast, I saw Mr. Bean. Wow! That was very cool. Hahaha! It was just a movie. When I had nearly arrived at Singapore, I saw Malaysia. Singapore and Malaysia were really close.

I arrived Singapore at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. The airport was very big. My family and I had lunch at the airport. Then we took a taxi to the hotel. On my way to the hotel, there are lots of tree with a wide street and high buildings. Aww!! It was so great. The hotel which I was staying in, was Conrad. At 3 o'clock, I, my cousin and my brother went to Santosa. I saw a statue called Merlion. It was a mythical creature with the head of a lion and body of a fish. When I saw this statue, it reminded me about the homework which our teacher told us.

At night, I went to Singapore Flyer. It was very high and very fantastic. The nightview of Singapore was so beautiful and wonderful with many skyscrapers. I can't forgot what was it looked like. It was my best holiday ever!!! You should go, too! And you will know that I don't lie to you.

The hills are alive

Some countries around the world don't know how important the hills are ? Some hills are lost due to people. Why did I say like that? Do you know WHY? Because some people never think about the future. They take rock which from the hill to sell and make another construction.

In Cambodia, the hills are all around the country. The hills are protected by the government and also people who live near them. Some people asked me, why we have to protect the hills? I think, the hills are very important because they give us a lot of good advantage such as fresh air, water to farm and they can stop the flood, too.

You know, Cambodia has never had any flood or earthquake just because there are lots of hills. I am very happy to hear that the government really take care about the hills. Now the hills in Cambodia are alive because of all people around our country protect them.

Young Lady Teacher!

Teacher is a person who occupation is teaching. But if we are a student, how are we teaching? It is very hard to do, right?

Last week the head teacher came into our classroom and told us our teacher was sick then he said he was going to chose a student to teach the class. To my surprise he chose me. So I went up to the white board and taught all of the students in my class. Luckily, the subject which I had to teach is Chemistry. Why I said ''Luckily''? Because I was reading and doing some exercises in this subject already. But even I was reading and doing some exercises already, I was very scared. I think the lesson that I had to teach was hard, but I had to do it. I couldn't ignore the head teacher.

First, I copied the lesson from the book. Then, when I finished, I picked 2 students to read all the lesson on the board. After that, I explained them the formula of the lesson and asked them a few questions about the lesson. Next, I put an exercise on the board and tell them to copied. We checked the exercise together.

It was very hard for me but the best thing I got was the head teacher said it was a nice work. I never forgot his words. I was very happy after scared.

Writing is the best for me!!

Prompt: What are some of the things you do well? Write about the things that you are best at.

You know, everybody always have their own things that they are best at but sometimes they don't know which things that they are. Some people are best at house works such as wash the dishes, clean their rooms, sweep the floor or wash the car and some are good at school works or school subjects. For examples: Math, English or History... .

Grammars, reading, writing and listening are activities which people like to study. For me, I think, I like writing and I'm also good at writing,too. Last term, that was my new term at ACE. When the final test, do you know what did I get for writing? I got 17. I didn't think, I got the best score like that. I was very happy. Then, when my parents knew that I passed YL9 and writing, I got 17, they were very happy and they were so proud of me.

Studying at YL10, my writing is included more better by Blog. I always write a blog once a week. This week is my third week that my writing on this blog win post of the week. I was very proud of myself. I will keep trying my best for all the weeks. And how about you? Which things that you are best at? Just keep doing your best, friends. I know you can also win post of the week and I think you can do more better than me.

I won't do it again, Teacher! SORRY!!!

Homework is a kind of thing which we can enjoy in our own free time or in holiday. Sometimes it will improve our reading, writing or grammar... . Some homework is very very difficult and it will make us very very bored, too. But some is very very easy.

Last week, my teacher gave me a piece of paper but I didn't know what was in it. When I opened a paper, I saw..... . I thought '' Why this paper had lots of letter?'' It was very very difficult. There were 12 exercises. I whispered to my friend who sat next to me '' We will DIE soon if our teacher always give us a difficult homework like today.'' I didn't think I can do it. My teacher said that he will check this homework on Friday.

When I went home, I didn't know what to do because the homework which he gave to me was very hard and it wasn't in the book. I just finished 2 exercises. I tried to call to my friends and asked them, did they know all the answers? But bad luck, they didn't know, too!

Friday arrived....!!!!
I took my worksheets and my answer sheets to my class. My teacher came to class! I was afraid because I didn't do my homework yet. When my teacher checked the answers, I copy from what I heard. Then he knew that I cheated, he was very very angry at me. He blamed me, but I didn't get angry at him because I knew this was my fault. I was sorry to him! So one day if you don't do your homework just tell your teacher the truth!!

SCARY room with the ugly GHOST!!!

Last year, I walked a long the street and at the corner, I see the evil scientist. He told me to follow him. I followed him into a dark room. In that room, there were lots of scary things such as scary dolls, head of people, ghosts masks and bone of people.

Then the door opened and closed by itself. When the door closed that scary room was like changed to a new world. I saw a shadow behind my back. When I looked back, there was nothing. The lights in the room were turn off by themselves. I looked forward the evil scientist was disappeared. I tried to find him but I didn't see him.

Then I looked back and I saw the evil scientist turned to an ugly ghost who had big red eyes with full of blood and wore a white suit. I shouted and shouted but I couldn't hear my voice. I started to run and tried to find the way back. Then I saw one small door which I could get out. When I got out, I saw my parents. They didn't know where I had gone. I was very very frightened. I didn't think I could see my family again.

I can't forget what was the evil scientist look like until now. So if one day you see the evil scientists please don't follow them. DO NOT!!! EVER!!!

Free Time

Hello!! My name is Pichny. You know, everybody always have their own free time but sometimes they don't know which things are important to do. There are lots of different things which people like to do in their free time such as reading books, watching TV, playing games, doing homework, listening to music and hanging out with their friends or family... .

For me, in my free time I like reading books, doing homework and listening to music. Some people think reading books is very very boring but all their thoughts are wrong. They don't know reading books is very important. We can know lots of things from books such as some new words, history or social life... . Sometimes I like to go shopping with mommy or go to my grandmother's house. I think blog is very interesting to me because I can show all my idea to all my friends or my teachers. And how about you? What do you like to do in your free time? But don't forget to read books because it will improve your reading and writing.
